This includes his roles as founder and CEO of ATMOS Corporation and VoIPshield Systems, managing companies through organic growth and raising venture capital funding. He also started and managed an overseas semiconductor design center in Europe, MicroSemiX Ltd. He served as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence for the National Research Council, as member of the Strategic Microelectronics Consortium and as an Advisor to Carleton University Foundry program. Prior to that Mr. Slaby held management positions in Bell Northern Research and Nortel. As part of the reorganization, the company's founder, Tom Riley resumes the position of Chairman of the Board and continues as Chief Technology Officer.
